Our productivity increases with balance…that means greater wealth, AND health, AND better relationships. Less burning the candle at both ends, & more work-life balance!

But most of us grew up with the programming from cliches like:
“Money doesn’t grow on trees”
“No pain, no gain”
“Blood, sweat, & tears”
“Life isn’t a bowl of cherries”

So while it’s not easy, it’s worth it to change those habitual thoughts, so that you can play more, work less, & make more money!
